Steele Mazda is looking for someone who brings a passion for helping people and a knack for problem solving to the role of Service Advisor In this position, you are the connection between our customers and our service team, helping ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and positive. From greeting customers and explaining recommended services to keeping them informed throughout the repair process, you play a key role in delivering the level of care and trust our customers expect. Hourly Wage Range: $21.40 to $25.70, plus performance bonus

What You Will Do:

  • Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, provide estimates, and coordinate service appointments
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and respond with thoughtful solutions
  • Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers clearly understand their options
  • Develop accurate service estimates, communicating costs for parts, labour, and materials
  • Prepare detailed repair orders, documenting vehicle concerns, required services, and technician recommendations
  • Build strong customer relationships and keep clients informed throughout the service process
  • Participate in manufacturer training as required

What You Bring:

  • Previous Service Experience – A minimum of 3 years in a customer focused role is required
  • Professional and Friendly Approach – A customer first mindset with a welcoming and approachable attitude
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to build trust and maintain long term relationships
  • Detail Oriented and Organized – Able to manage service details, schedules, and follow ups efficiently
  • Valid Driver’s License – With an acceptable driver’s abstract
