At Steele Chevrolet, Service Advisors are the steady, trusted point of connection between our clients, technicians, and the service experience. This role is about people first, listening carefully, guiding confidently, and creating a sense of ease from the moment a client arrives to the moment they drive away. You are not working alone here. As a Service Advisor, you take ownership of each customer journey, translating vehicle needs into clear plans, setting expectations with care, and ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful and professional. If you enjoy building rapport, communicating with clarity, and knowing your work truly matters to both the customer and the team around you, this is a role where you can thrive!

Hourly Wage Range $21.40 to $25.70, plus bonus

What does your day look like:

  • Welcoming clients and taking the time to truly understand their concerns
  • Reviewing service coverage and warranties, explaining options clearly and confidently
  • Preparing accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials
  • Creating detailed repair orders that align customer needs with technician insight
  • Keeping clients informed with timely updates, realistic timelines, and follow-through
  • Maintaining organized service records that support quality and consistency
  • Looking for meaningful ways to elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint

What you bring to the team:

  • Dealership experience is an asset, but not required, attitude and willingness to learn matter most
  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • A calm, professional, and collaborative approach
  • Solid organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
