YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
• You manage and respond to customer queries regarding breakdowns efficiently
• You complete all administrative tasks related to customer service and vehicle maintenance
• You oversee the daily maintenance of the vehicle fleet
• You assist customers in resolving issues with exceptional customer service
• You monitor and control maintenance costs and budgets to ensure compliance
• You coordinate the workload of inhouse and mobile mechanics and update maintenance records daily
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
• Experience You have significant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced service advisor role, ideally within the hire industry
