The role
Business is booming and as a result we have an opening for an additional Service Advisor to become a key part of our busy service team based in Invercargill.
Currently reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will involve:
making bookings
opening & closing workshop jobs and preparing job cards
processing warranty claims within specified timeframes
loading the workshop to capacity and liaising with technicians
monitoring work-in-progress and updating customers on job progress
preparing job cards for invoicing
ensuring a high level of customer service
What you’ll bring to be successful:

sound verbal and written communication skills

impeccable time management and organisational skills
professional telephone manner
computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
You may already be a successful service administrator keen to take on your next challenge; or maybe you're a mechanic wanting off the tools and ready for a change of scenery.
