We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor (trainee or experienced) to join our high-performing team in Lidcombe

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face our customers trust when bringing their vehicles in for service. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check-in
• Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates
• Arranging loan vehicles
• Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion
• Providing outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up

Who Are You?

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in automotive service costing, or transferable customer service skills (retail/hospitality/admin)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Current NSW driver’s licence
• A genuine passion for customer service and the auto industry
