Position Overview

The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between our customers and service technicians. You will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending appropriate maintenance and repair solutions, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a seamless service experience from arrival to vehicle delivery.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who combines customer service excellence with sales confidence and operational precision.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience (automotive preferred)
  • Prior Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance services
  • Ability to interpret technician recommendations and explain them clearly to customers
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and repair order documentation
  • Knowledge of manufacturer maintenance schedules

Major Plus Qualifications (Highly Preferred)

  • Chevrolet dealership experience
  • Experience working with CDK Drive (DMS system)
  • Understanding of GM warranty policies and procedures
  • Previous experience using digital vehicle inspection tools
  • Proven high CSI performance

Candidates with Chevy and CDK experience will receive priority consideration.
