
The Advanced Business Operations Specialist is an individual contributor role in charge of overseeing and supporting Service back-office activities around IB, contracts and billing management, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior team members. This role reports into the Business Operations Leader and requires deep expertise in Business Operations processed, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously while ensuring operational excellence.
