If you’re a Service / Support Administrator based in India, who has experience in SAP, invoicing, service or support administration, procurement & order administration and training support, you might be seeing an opportunity that others aren’t.
The Service / Support Administrator is responsible for executing day-to-day transactional and administrative activities across service operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures. The role includes cost tracking, executing billing, intercompany processes, managing purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining system data and records, supporting time reporting, coordinating logistics and training arrangements. The Service / Support Administrator ensures data integrity in SAP/IFS and LMS systems, supports finance activities during month-end closing, and maintains audit-ready documentation while adhering strictly to standard operating procedures and escalating exceptions when required.
