We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our team based in Muswellbrook. You’ll provide administrative support to the branch leadership team and enjoy a variety of other tasks.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide general administrative support to branch leadership and other departments within the branch
Supporting the payroll function for the branch
Supporting databases and transferring data between platforms
Front desk support - greeting customers and assisting with enquiries
Reporting and document collation
Creating purchase orders and work orders
Promoting Cummins products, services and embracing safety as a value, where safety is paramount for oneself and all team members
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Demonstrated experience in previous administration roles
High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting programs are a bonus
Positive, upbeat attitude
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Assist in other general service administration tasks as required
Responsible to Maintaining Technician inductions
