We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administration Team Leader to join our team based in Larapinta, QLD. This role is responsible for leading the Service Administration team while supporting national service operations and ensuring the effective delivery of administrative service processes.

This position plays a key role in promoting strong teamwork, supporting Field Service Managers across multiple regions, and ensuring the efficient coordination of service administration activities. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational capability, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of service operations to help drive continuous improvement and high levels of customer service.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Service Administration team, fostering a positive and collaborative work and customer-focused team culture
  • Oversee daily workflow, task allocation and team performance to ensure service administration tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Supervise national call centre workloads and support service administration requirements across region
  • Support Field Service Managers and interstate administration teams with operational priorities and service processes
  • Monitor work in progress and service KPIs, generating reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain strong cross department relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements for success:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Service Administration
  • Experience supervising a fast‑paced administration environment
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well‑developed organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of service operations and technician productivity
  • Qualifications in Supervisory (advantageous)
