A Day in the Life:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service businessCollaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn's brandCommunicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutionsFollow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfactionRepresent Flynn at industry events and client meetingsSupport marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagementPrepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional mannerDeliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholdersContribute to business development and support corporate initiatives
What You Bring:Experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered an assetExceptional communication and organizational skills, with strong time management abilitiesProven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaboration environmentA relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growthEntrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynn's service offeringsProficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCADSolid understanding of contract documents and estimating principles
