Job Description

NextShinning is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support our client accounts and daily service operations.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of coordination between clients and internal teams, helping ensure requests are handled efficiently, information is accurate, and every client receives a professional and consistent experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in developing valuable customer service and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts and service-related requests
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
• Assist with account updates, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate and organized client and account information
• Track open requests and help ensure timely resolution
• Respond professionally to client questions and concerns
• Support the preparation of reports, account information, and service documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processes
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
