We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Servers to join our team at a well-known restaurant in Gozo, known for offering a delightful culinary experience in a relaxed and welcoming environment. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the offerings
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and responding to any requests or issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Handle payments and process transactions through the POS system
Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide a seamless dining experience
Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with restaurant standards
Previous experience as a Server or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, especially Maltese, are a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
Possession of a valid Skill Pass or willingness to obtain one is required
