SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest, making the guest the number one priority.
- Handle POS system quickly and efficiently always.
- Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience in every way possible.
- Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience.
- Execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program.
- Happily assist other employees in their tasks.
- Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty.
- Notify the manager of any guest complaint, issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service.
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm.
- Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand.
COMPENSATION
- Top performers earn approximately $50 - $65.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
- $19.65 of hourly compensation + $50 - $65 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of Servers sales data)
- Our top server last period made $65 per hour including tips
