ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Set up fordaily serviceincluding dishware, glassware, silverware,linensand other amenities according todaily proceduresandRestaurantGeneralManager’sdirection
Servefood & alcohol within the laws of the WashingtonStateLiquor & Cannabis Boardand Washington State Health Department
Provide attentive, courteous, and professional servicein accordance withcompany hospitality standards
Greet guests promptly, introduce self, andestablishrapport to create a welcoming dining experience
Recommend appetizers, beverages, desserts, specials, and add-ons in a guest-focused manner
Maintain consistent table presence throughappropriate check-backsand pacing of courses
Accurately enter guest orders into POS systems, including all modifications, dietary restrictions, and timing requests
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and potential modifications
Demonstrateandcommunicate food and beverage menu knowledge including ingredients, modifications, allergensfor standard and special items to provide informed suggestions to enhance guest satisfaction
Answer guest questions accurately or seek clarification from kitchen or management when needed
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, andmaintainedthroughout service
Monitor guest satisfaction indicators such as pacing, refills, and course completion
Deliver correct items to correct guests using proper service etiquette
Verify condiments, accompaniments, and modifications are provided as requested
Maintain accuracy in bill presentation and payment processing
Handle payment transactions accurately and in compliance with company procedures
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, expo, hosts, and support team to ensure smooth service flow
Assistwith side work, opening/closing duties, and service preparation tasks
Maintain punctual attendance, uniform standards, and workplace professionalism
Develop andmaintainan organizational culture, values and reputation with staff,and guests.
Ensure a positive, harmonious,compliant,and cooperative work environment
Act as a representative of Crystal Mountain with guests & community members
Abide by all Crystal Mountainemployment guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must hold a valid MASTClass 12or 13Permit (Washington state serving license)
Must hold a valid Washington Food Worker Card (Health & Food Safety)
Minimum 2 years professional experience in Food and Beverage
Basic knowledge of P.O.S. systems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This positionisrequiredto work evenings,weekendsand holidayswhile in operation
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position aminimum of30 pounds on anoccasional basis.
Able to manipulate a full-size keg of beer(~160 pounds)
Manual dexterity tooperatea computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
Auditory and visual acuity tooperatecomputers, phones, mobiledevicesand basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling,pushingand pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuouslyin the process of communicatingwith guests,supervisorsand other employees.
