The Serveris an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, working in the restaurant to support seamless service andelevate the overall guest experience.The Serveris responsible fordelivering exceptionalservice from start to finishbydemonstratingstrongmenu knowledge,anticipatingguest needs, and ensuring each interaction feels personalized and professionalThispositionplaysa vital role in upholding service standards,maintainingsmooth operations, and contributing to a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.The restaurant embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards whileoperatingunder the “Ramsay Standard,” with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-level restaurant or hospitality environment. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.
What you will do:
Customer Service:Maintaininga welcoming, professional,and positiveenvironment for every guest
Comprehension:Demonstratingexcellent knowledge of food and beverage menu items, includingpreparation methods,to effectively informguests
Customer Satisfaction:Providing guestswithan excellent dining experiencethrough prompt,accurate, and attentive service, includingconflict resolution when necessary
Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
What you bring:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
Capability tomaintaina high levelof physical mobility
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English isrequired
Experience in a similar role with a luxuryorupscalerestaurant is aplus;1-2 years preferred.
