Set up tray line assembly
Portion foods for patient trays
Transport trays to patient units
Operate dishwashers and maintain cleanliness
Prepare workstations and patient food trays
Maintain sanitation standards and organization
Ability to read and understand instructions
Basic math skills for portioning and counting
Customer service skills for occasional patient and visitor interaction
Physical strength for lifting objects up to 50 pounds and standing for up to two hours
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines
