Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience) +perks
Job Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Hourly
Schedule & Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM, hours subject to availability; a minimum regular availability of two weeknights required (Monday-Friday).

Sedgebrook is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Server to join our dining team. No formal serving experience is required – we're happy to train the right person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing warm, attentive service, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, positive dining experience for residents and guests.
- Provide gracious, courteous, and attentive table service.
- Take orders, deliver meals, and respond to resident requests with care.
- Answer menu-related questions confidently (training provided).
- Set tables and maintain workstations in an organized, clean manner.
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
- Follow food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Interest in hospitality, service, and working with older adults.
- Willingness to learn – serving experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
