Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world.

No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required.

If you've worked as a server, waitress, waiter, food runner, or in any restaurant or hospitality role, you already have the energy, composure, and people skills we look for.

We train you on the rest.

This is not a restaurant job.

No food running. No cleaning tables. No side work at the end of a long shift. No customers demanding modifications at 9pm. No tip-outs you didn't see coming. No doubles you didn't ask for.

• Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly every shift

We Offer

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have server, waitress, waiter, food runner, or restaurant experience
• Are comfortable being on camera
• Bring warmth, energy, and professionalism to every shift
• Can follow procedures consistently and accurately
• Are reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Want consistent pay instead of unpredictable tip nights
• Are open to evenings, weekends, and holidays

No casino or gaming experience required. We will train you.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Reliable and professional

• Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
