Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application configuration issues.
  • Combined system administration role such as:
    • User Administration (set-up and maintaining account)
    • System maintenance
    • Ensure that the peripherals are working properly
    • Monitor system performance and network communication
    • Create file systems, back-up and recovery policy
    • Install software
    • Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
    • Setup security policies for users. A systems administrator must have a strong grasp of computer security such as:
    • Firewalls
    • Intrusion Detection System
  • Provides server support for test environment
TO QUALIFY:
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Windows Administration, Linux, Unix, Active Directory, and Server Virtualization
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or technology
