As a Server, you will:

  • Greet guests by name with a warm smile, maintaining eye contact and professional posture
  • Anticipate guest needs before they ask
  • Take allergy and dietary restrictions with absolute seriousness, communicating them directly to the Chef de Cuisine to ensure guest safety
  • Ensure that the glassware is spotless, the silverware is perfectly aligned, and the linen is crisp
  • Master the steps of service in a synchronized manner (e.g., serving the table at the same time so no guest sits waiting while others eat)
  • Handle transactions with high discretion and security, posting charges accurately to guest rooms or processing credit cards professionally
  • Adhere to strict luxury grooming standards
  • Be ready to answer questions about the hotel’s history, other dining venues, the Spa, or local attractions, acting as a concierge when needed
