As a Fine Dining Server, you'll help create an exceptional restaurant experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
✔ Providing attentive, professional, and courteous service to Residents and guests
✔ Greeting and escorting diners to their tables
✔ Presenting menus, daily specials, and making knowledgeable recommendations
✔ Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the POS system
✔ Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally
✔ Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized hospitality throughout the dining experience
✔ Assembling and serving food and beverage orders according to restaurant standards
✔ Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a polished dining environment
✔ Assisting with special events, banquets, and catered functions
✔ Maintaining clean, organized dining, pantry, and service areas
✔ Restocking supplies, condiments, and beverage stations
✔ Following all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
✔ Ensuring responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policy and laws
✔ Supporting fellow team members to deliver seamless service
✔ Completing side work, cleaning assignments, and other duties as needed

✅ Must be 18 years of age or older
✅ Fine dining or banquet serving experience required
✅ Experience serving alcohol required
✅ Strong communication and guest-service skills
