GRATO is currently seeking a Full Time server to join our team. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated servers (bar experience a plus, but not a must) who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Expected pay is in the range of approximately $30-$40 per hour inclusive of tips.
General priorities and responsibilities
· To exceed our guests’ exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.
· To promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
· To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
· Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
· Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.
· Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
· To respond positively to guests’ requests.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
· High energy with a keen sense-of-urgency

Requirements
· Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service.
· Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills.
· Display a confident and professional appearance.
· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· High school diploma preferred.
· Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
