Server – Hillcrest Firethorn
Location: Hillcrest Firethorn
Address: 8601 Firethorn Lane, Lincoln, NE 68520
Schedule: Full-Time Days, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., every other weekend
Starting Pay: $15.00 + depending on experience
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Firethorn.
At Hillcrest Firethorn, our dining services team plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents every day. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a positive impact through friendly, dependable service.
What You’ll Get to Do
• Serve meals to residents in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner
• Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup
• Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Support residents, guests, and team members with kindness and professionalism
• Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service
• Assist with additional dining services duties as needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous serving, food service, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work full-time days and every other weekend
