Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a full-time Server for Hillcrest Grand Lodge!
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour based upon experience, certification and education

As a Server, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests by delivering outstanding hospitality and attentive service. Whether you’re greeting residents with a smile, serving meals, or helping keep the dining spaces beautiful and organized, your work helps make every meal feel like home. •️

What does a day in the life look like?
• Provide friendly and professional dining service to residents and guests
• Present menu options and take food orders accurately using the POS system
• Deliver meals promptly and courteously
• Set up and break down continental breakfast service
• Brew coffee and ensure beverage stations remain stocked and organized
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance throughout the shift
• Restock products and supplies to appropriate par levels
• Complete daily cleaning and operational checklists
• Assist with deep cleaning duties and maintain proper infection control standards
• Support a positive dining atmosphere through teamwork and excellent customer service
Requirements for Server:
• Experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or dining room service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and flexible in fast-paced environments
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive standing, bending, and movement throughout the shift
• Comfortable utilizing technology and POS systems efficiently
