Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE.
Hillcrest Millard is West Omaha’s premier destination for post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, private accommodations, and quality care to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and feel supported in a welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Server, you will provide friendly, timely, and respectful meal service while supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
You will:
• Serve meals to guests and residents in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup.
• Help create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming dining experience.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, infection-control, and service standards.
• Support guests, residents, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism.
• Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout the shift.
• Assist with stocking, restocking, and other dining services duties as needed.
• Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and team members.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys serving others. The right candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a great dining experience.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Previous serving, food service, healthcare, senior living, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• A respectful, team-oriented approach when working with guests, residents, families, and coworkers.
• Willingness to support guests and residents with patience, respect, and compassion.
• Availability to work full-time days, every other weekend, and shared holidays.
Education & Credentials
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining service, food service, or hospitality training preferred.

Physical & Other Requirements
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, reaching, and movement as needed.
• Must be flexible, calm, and professional in changing or stressful situations.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control practices.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
• Other duties as assigned.
