Perform server deployment (rack & stack, cabling, installation) and conduct QA/QC post-installation validation
Monitor daily operations, ensure SLA achievement, and handle/escalate risks or issues during delivery
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with site, safety, and operational standards
Support data center activities including inspections, remote hands support, asset tracking, and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
Hands-on experience in server installation, rack & stack, cabling, and basic troubleshooting
Understanding of server deployment processes and hardware/software validation (QA/QC, pre-OS checks)
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills (Thai & English)
Detail-oriented with ability to follow SOPs, SLA, and compliance/safety standards consistently
