Brothers Bar & Grill, Bloomington, IN, has immediate openings for part-time servers! If you're inexperienced but dedicated, we will train. Potential for up to 30 hours per work week. Flexible schedule, food discounts and a fun, social, fast-paced, atmosphere. FACT: In 2021, our servers averaged over $21/hr (wages+tips), and our business in 2022 is better than last year. Requirements
- Available up to 30 hours per work week
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
- Excellent communication skills, team player and solid work ethic
- Willingness to learn, expand responsibilities and have fun on the job. Training for the dedicated!
- Must be a people person capable of providing outstanding guest service
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Who We Are:
Brothers is a modernized throwback to the old Midwestern corner tavern. A clean, relaxed social hangout; our bar stock-full of cold beer and drink with a kitchen in the back serving up comfortable American food fare. Food portions are large and juicy; Drink specials are good and plenty. A lot of televisions and not a bad seat in the house. It’s hard to imagine you won’t leave here satisfied.
We pride ourselves in our large tap beer selection (35-40 taps) and deliciously big, basic, bar comfort food.
