Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through attentive, friendly, and professional service
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Boston Pizza standards
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, and clean, following AHS & AGLC safety guidelines
• Create and suggest innovative cocktails and beverage ideas.
• Engage with guests, share promotions, and upsell to enhance their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with FOH team, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
• Assist with bar prep, restocking, and inventory duties
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, lounge, and dining areas by following daily/weekly cleaning checklists
• Follow all company policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• ProServe Certification (Alberta) – required
• Previous bartending or serving experience, preferred Boston Pizza experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
