Your role as a Server

As a Part-Time Server at Craft & Crew Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You’ll showcase our menu, skillfully answering questions and making personalized food and beverage suggestions that delight and inspire. Utilizing our Steps of Service, you will ensure every guest receives top-notch service while collaborating with fellow team members to create a seamless dining atmosphere.

You’ll handle billing with precision and accept payment for orders and promoting our loyalty program, while keeping the dining area pristine by clearing and resetting tables after each course. Completing essential cleaning and restocking duties at the end of your shift will ensure the restaurant remains a welcoming space for all.

What we're looking for in a Server

Skills required for the position are:

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
