Job Description

Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will assist servers on the delivery of beverage and food in the appropriate order while ensuring a 5-star dining experience. You will report to the venue's Shift Manager and General Manager.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will aid servers in the serving of dining guests.

2. Assist servers on the delivery of beverage and food in the appropriate order.

3. Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests and inquiries

4. Set/reset tables with appropriate linen and small wares always following food and beverage standards.

5. You will perform side work according to responsibilities assigned by manager always providing a safe and clean work environment.

6. Remove dishes as guests finish each course or when empty dishes are visible.

7. Ensure areas are clean, organized, and restocked throughout shift.

8. Understand safety responsibilities and environmental laws by following established procedures, policies, and training.

9. Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

  • ABLE Certification- 18 years old to serve, 21 years old to bartend
  • Teamwork skills are required to support the success and enjoyment of the guest.
  • Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations
