About the location:
Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.
About the role
The Server Assistantassiststheserver in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables.
What you will do:
Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
Retrieve and stock all linen,china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
Provide water throughout the meal to guests.
Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.
Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
Provide quick and attentiveassistanceto any mishap in the restaurant.
Assistservers when needed.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
What you will bring:
Average reading,writingand oralproficiencyinEnglishand Spanishlanguage.
Minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent.
Ability to carry and balance a tray.
Ability to multi-task in ahigh-volumeenvironment.
Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
