• Serving fresh water, warm bread, and assisting with food and beverage delivery smoothly.
• Monitoring the dining room floor to ensure absolute cleanliness, organization, and beauty.
• Jumping in to help wherever needed, whether running plates, wiping spills, or stocking stations.
• Partnering with bartenders and kitchen staff to keep vital supplies replenished and ready.
• Communicating guest requests, dietary needs, or table changes to Servers instantly.
• Creating a welcoming space where guests feel cared for by an attentive, unified team.

Education and Experience
• Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines, sanitation procedures, and table settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and swiftly with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tables and moving parts simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business flow.
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn food, wine, and service steps.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry heavy trays throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move items like loaded bus tubs, dish racks, ice, and glassware boxes.
• Ability to navigate a busy restaurant floor safely while carrying heavy trays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations.
• Growing knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, ingredients and cooking techniques. Knowledge of all glassware types.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual in a complete uniform for any scheduled shift.
• Knowledgeable of basic sanitation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly: service procedures, menus, and dining room floor plan, register operation.
