Knowledge + Education Able to read, write, and speak basic English well enough to understand directions and guest requests. Must have at least one year experience as busperson in a dinner house. Hotel restaurant experience preferred.
Skills Detail oriented, organized and efficient, safety minded, and learns quickly. High quality standards for production and service. Strong verbal communications skills. Courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Good team player. Customer service focus. Able to work productively with little supervision. Trustworthy and reliable.
Physical Demands Stands/walks short distances throughout shift. Frequently required to handle and carry ice tubs, beverage cases, and other objects weighing up to 30 lbs. over short to moderate distances. Bends, stoops, reaches, and pushes to perform routine tasks. Frequent use of stairs, daily. Must be able to work under pressure.
