Job Description

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Server Assistant.

We are looking for Server Assistants to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our kitchen, bar and wait staff. Responsibilities include serving food orders and removing used dishes and utensils while maintaining general restaurant cleanliness. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including weekends. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner and assisting the serving staff in their daily tasks.

What will you be doing most days?

  • Clean and prepare tables in between guest
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen/food truck to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
  • Work to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash
  • Support the servers in their daily tasks
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils
  • Clean up messes and spills as they occur
  • Help with other restaurant duties as needed
  • Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
  • Promote positive employee and guest relations through professional communication and service
  • Build cooperative working relationships with all departments to support smooth operations
  • Perform any additional reasonable duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
  • Provide support in other Food & Beverage areas as needed.

  • You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • You have excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
  • You work well on a team and always maintain a positive attitude
  • You are a good multi-tasker and work well under pressure
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
  • Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
  • Physically able to work in an outdoor environment
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends

Physical Requirements for this Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
