Job Description

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Server Assistant to support our Food and Beverage Department.

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure each guest receives consistent services and products
  • Clears and sets tables
  • Understand and perform basic table service
  • Display a positive and friendly attitude, smiles, and works well as a member of a team

General Requirements

  • Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend and holiday shifts as needed
  • Prior experience in food and beverage
  • Serve Safe Certification preferred
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification preferred
  • Ability to multitask and have great communication skills

Salary: $17.65 per hour + Tips
