SERVER ASSISTANT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each customer
• Maintain a clean and sanitary server station
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining rooms and other areas.
• Serve beverages, water and other drinks as necessary
• Set up dining tables as requested.
• Stack and un-stack chairs and put tables in order.
• Polish glassware and silverware as necessary
• Interact and coordinate with hosts and service staff to ensure effective service.
• Maintain best practices in maintaining cleanliness in bussing services.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guest
• Dedication to working as a team towards one goal
• Great customer service skills
• Experience as a busser is a plus
• Work authorization
