Job Description

Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to hotel guests while maintaining high hospitality and cleanliness standards.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Prepare and reset tables in accordance with brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, lounge, and service stations
  • Process guest payments accurately using POS systems
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Assist with banquet functions and special events as needed
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel team members

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hotel serving experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Food Handler and/or alcohol service certification preferred

Schedule

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • AM shifts open availability
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
