Server
Administrator – Level 1 (Hyderabad)

Experience:
3 to 5 Years

MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES

• 
  Provide first-line support for server
  operations, health monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• 
  Monitor server performance
  (Windows/Linux OS), including CPU, memory, disk usage, and system
  availability.
• 
  Create, modify, and delete user
  accounts and manage access permissions.
• 
  Apply routine OS patches, security
  updates, and antivirus updates.
• 
  Troubleshoot basic operating system
  and server-related issues.
• 
  Assist with hardware replacements and
  upgrades, including HDDs, RAM, and other server components.
• 
  Escalate, track, and document
  incidents through the ticketing system

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Basic
knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

·
Understanding
of server monitoring, performance management, and troubleshooting.

·
Experience
with user account administration and access control.

·
Familiarity
with patch management and antivirus administration.

·
Basic
knowledge of server hardware components and maintenance procedures.

·
Familiarity
with ticketing systems and incident management processes.

·
Good
communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

QUALIFICATION

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree
  in Computer Science, Information
  Technology, or equivalent.

CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)

• 
  Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
  Administrator Associate
• 
  Red Hat Certified System
  Administrator (RHCSA)
• 
  CompTIA Server+
• 
  CompTIA Security+
