About Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG)

Innovation Through Integration.

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is a vertically integrated real estate company with more than 1,200 employees across 46+ communities - and growing.

For over 20 years, we’ve developed and operated multifamily and senior living communities across Texas and Oklahoma, delivering more than 15,000 units and $2 billion in total development.

What sets IREG apart is our integrated approach, bringing together development, construction, and operations to create high-performing communities across affordable housing, workforce housing, and market-rate living, including multifamily, active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

At IREG, innovation isn’t just what we build, it’s how we operate, grow, and develop our people.

We build communities and develop the people who lead them.

Community: Watermere Flower Mound

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday/6:30AM-2:30PM

Great Service Can Be the Best Part of Someone’s Day.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and hospitality-focused Server to join the dining team at Watermere Flower Mound.

Our dining rooms are more than places to eat. They’re where residents meet friends, celebrate milestones, share stories, and enjoy an important part of their day.

As a Server, you’ll help create that experience through attentive service, genuine relationships, and a commitment to making residents and guests feel welcome.

About the Opportunity

As a Server with Integrated Senior Lifestyles, you’ll provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service while helping maintain a clean, inviting dining environment.

You’ll get to know residents and their preferences, work closely with the culinary team, and help make every meal feel personal.

This can be a great fit for someone with restaurant experience—or someone looking to enter hospitality in an environment focused on relationships and service.

What You’ll Own

  • Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Check on residents during meals and respond to requests
  • Become familiar with resident preferences and dining needs
  • Ensure orders meet quality standards for accuracy, appearance, and temperature
  • Communicate food-quality concerns to culinary staff
  • Set, clear, clean, and reset tables
  • Maintain dining-room cleanliness and organization
  • Restock dining supplies and service areas
  • Assist with meal preparation and assembly when directed
  • Follow food-safety, sanitation, and storage requirements
  • Complete required food-temperature logs when assigned
  • Assist with receiving and organizing food or supply deliveries when needed
  • Support resident events and special dining experiences
  • Work collaboratively with cooks, dishwashers, dining leadership, and other servers
  • Address resident concerns professionally and involve leadership when appropriate

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents receive friendly, attentive, and personalized service
  • Orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  • Residents’ preferences are remembered and respected
  • Dining areas remain clean and welcoming
  • Service and kitchen teams communicate well
  • Residents enjoy coming to the dining room
  • Your teammates know they can depend on you

Who This Role Is For

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
  • A friendly and positive communicator
  • Someone who enjoys getting to know regular guests
  • A dependable team member
  • Someone who can stay organized during busy periods
  • A hospitality professional—or someone interested in becoming one

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Six months to one year of restaurant, serving, hospitality, customer-service, or related experience preferred
  • Senior living or active-adult dining experience is a plus
  • Strong customer-service and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food-handler certifications
  • Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation requirements
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
  • Positive attitude and dependable attendance

What Sets You Apart

  • You remember names, preferences, and the little details
  • You make people feel welcome
  • You stay positive when things get busy
  • You see serving as hospitality—not simply delivering food
  • You enjoy building relationships
  • You’re willing to help your teammates

Why This Role

Senior living dining gives you the opportunity to build relationships you rarely get in a traditional restaurant.

Instead of meeting someone once, you get to know residents over time and become part of their everyday experience.

For students, hospitality professionals, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful service work, this can be an incredibly rewarding environment.

Compensation & Benefits

At IREG, we invest in our people, because strong leaders build strong communities.

Full-Time Employees receive:

  • Competitive hourly pay with growth potential
  • Paid Holidays available upon hire
  • ZayZoon Access available immediately - access up to 50% of your earned wages on demand
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility after 90 days to support work-life balance
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
  • Life Insurance, Disability, and Financial Protection Plans (Critical Illness, Accident Coverage, Legal & ID Theft Protection)
  • Education Assistance to support your long-term career growth
  • Employee & Resident Referral Bonuses
  • Exclusive Employee Rent Discounts at IREG multifamily communities

We’re committed to providing stability, growth, and meaningful benefits that support your career and your life.

Why IREG

Integrated Real Estate Group is a leader in senior living, focused on building high-performing communities through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to resident experience.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for leaders who want to grow with us.
