Job Description

As a Server at Stars and Strikes, you are responsible for creating a fun, welcoming, and memorable dining experience for guests throughout the entertainment center. This role combines excellent customer service with efficient food and beverage service while maintaining a high standard of hospitality in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly while ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Responsibly serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and company policies.
• Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction by checking in regularly, refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining, bowling lane, and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, food runners, and management to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support special events, birthday parties, and high-volume shifts while maintaining exceptional guest service.
