Server — Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna
Hillcrest Health & Living is hiring a Server to join the dining team at Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna, a resort-style senior living community designed around comfort, connection, and an exceptional dining experience.

Starting Pay:
$15+ per hour, based on experience
Available Shifts:
Full-Time Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-Time Evenings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
As a Server, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and team members. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hospitality, building relationships, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day.
What You’ll Do
Serve meals with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Assist residents with menu selections and dining needs
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure quality service
Create a warm, personalized experience for residents and guests
What We’re Looking For
A team member who is dependable, friendly, and service-minded
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
Previous serving, restaurant, senior living, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
