A newly opened restaurant in North Tonawanda is seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Server to join a growing Front of House team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service and creating an enjoyable, memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
· Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions.
· Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
· Ensure accuracy in order delivery and presentation.
· Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
· Process guest payments and handle cash transactions end of shift reconciliation.
· Upsell additional menu items and promote specials or promotions.
· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods.
· Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
· Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.
· Able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
