Grimaldi's is hiring Servers

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take and deliver customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any questions and concerns they may have.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Past experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • A valid food handlers card.
