We are seeking Experienced Server applicants for our family-owned seafood restaurant group based in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Lure Fish House is a family-owned restaurant featuring fresh and sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Take guest orders
  • Fulfill guest requests
  • Carry hot and cold plates to guests
  • Lift and carry trays with drinks
  • Pre-bus tables - remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables
  • Process payments
  • Make change
  • Light cleaning
  • Interact professionally with guests
  • Side work
  • Light cleaning
  • Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster
  • Sweep floors
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
  • Restroom checks
  • Keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift
  • Must have superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations

Qualifications:

$16.00 per hour plus tips

All Lure Fish House employees will need the following certificates:

Food Handlers

RBS Certificate (BOH employees do not need to obtain this certificate)

Harassment Class Certificate

Under 18 - Work Permit
