Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and guide them through a personalized, attentive dining experience
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and craft cocktail offerings
- Handle guest concerns with poise, professionalism, and urgency
- Ensure a clean and organized section and assist in general dining room upkeep
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold the highest standards of Max Hospitality in every guest interaction

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- 1–2 years of recent serving experience in an upscale-casual or high-volume restaurant preferred
- Must be able to work on Sunday's
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza service is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, energetic environment
- Experience handling dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests with professionalism
Skills & Qualities:
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts
- A guest-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong menu knowledge and the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit
