At Oswego Grill, we are looking for highly motivated team players that can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With the fast expansion of the company, there are many long-term growth opportunities. Example of Server Tasks:

• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Offer expertise in menu and food/beverage recommendations. Explain chef specialties, identify appropriate wines, answer food preparation inquiries.
• Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, track dietary needs and special requests.
• Showing attentiveness to the guest table by delivering and removing dishes, refilling glasses, fulfilling guest requests.
• Create check, accept payment, and deliver bill with change or credit card.

Compensation: $16.30 per hour
