What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take food and drink orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure guests have everything they need during their meal, including refills and special requests
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and resetting tables
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
What You'll Need:
- Previous server experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
