Key Accountabilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service to guests in an upbeat, positive and professional manner

• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items available

• Restocks, cleans and organizes all related work equipment and areas

• Processes all cash and credit card transactions utilizing the P.O.S. system

• Ensures accurate cash handling and balancing of sales and/or cash float at the end of the shift

• Clears dishes, empties and cleans tables properly

• Ensures all tables and chairs are setup and organized in the section

• Assists other co-workers as need and/or as requested

• Understands and follows opening and closing server duties

• Complies with all alcohol related house policies, practices and Smart Serve guidelines

• Monitors and communicates all beverage alcohol activities at break and shift end

• Regular cleaning and sanitization of tables, refrigerators, side stands and other equipment in the work area

• Performs preventive maintenance and cleaning of food and beverage equipment as required

• Adheres to all AGCO, GCGC, departmental and HR policies as they relate to functions of the role

• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

• Performs other duties as assigned
