Overall responsibilities and duties:
From Serial Life the Program Manager has the overall responsibility of the Program.
And is support for all New Programs conducted by Program Manager.
o Lead Serial Life Core Team as functional Manager.
o Meet financial targets (Serial Life cost vs sales), no impact Ol.
o Plan and execute all activities which contributes to implement the Serial Life changes following the Specific Customer Requirements and according with
o FORVIA Procedures.
o Plan and coordinate all activities which contribute to Serial Life Program success.
The main missions of the role are:
o Identify potential risks and opportunities. Ensure risk management and alert process.
o Arbitrate top issues internally or externally within the Program.
o Act as official FORVIA Program representative, towards the customer to support its expectations while preserving company from risk exposure (like Engineering change, planning).
o Communicate and report relevant Program status to secure proper management support on program issues.
o Management the serial core team and ensure cooperation with the functions and the plant.
o Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site's management systems.
Minimum education level: Bachelor´s in Engineering: 5 years of experience on manufacturing area, process engineering, manufacturing engineering or Program Management.
Experience:
o Experience in Engineering and manufacturing in automotive sector.
o Demonstrate product and process engineer experience.
o Team management experience.
o Experience in budget control and profit enhancement.
o 3 years' experience as Program Manager is a plus.
